Steel Fibers - Wirand
Concrete reinforced with the Wirand® fibres causes a significant improvement of tensile properties of the concrete, mostly a higher flexural rigidity, cracking resistance, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, permeability resistance and abrasion resistance. In many cases it is possible to use a diffused steel reinforcement Wirand® instead of a classic concrete reinforcement (bar reinforcement, KARI mats).
