Membranes and geosynthetic clay liners
MacLINE® liner (membrane) is made from a high-quality and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin. Its surface can be smooth (SDH), (RMH) or (RDH) one-rough-sided or double-rough-sided. A special product designed mostly for recultivation purposes is MacLINE W®: a woven polyethylene HDPE membrane with a low density polyethylene coating (LDPE).MacLine SDH MacLine RMH, RDH
MacLINE® liner is produced in a thickness from 0,75 to 2,5 mm depending on the surface type.
MacLINE GCL® is a geosynthetic clay liner which consists of a sodium bentonite layer covered by two layers of filter geotextile, whereas the whole composite is needled along for a better tenacity. There can be used two layers of a nonwoven needled polypropylene (PP) geotextile (MacLINE GCL N) or a combination of nonwoven and woven geotextile (MacLINE GCL W). In case of a double nonwoven geotextile layer, a thin flexible polyetylene (PE) geomembrane can be attached to one geotextile to ensure a higher tightening effect (MacLINE GCL NL).
