Macres System
MATERIAL:
This is a system of a prefabricated reinforced vertical wall with a concrete facing of 2,25 m2. This reinforced wall is created by the connection of concrete prefabricates with a horizontal reinforcement made by geosynthetic or steel stripes. The number of joints and the distance between reinforcements depend on static calculation.

STANDARD PARAMETERS:
Standardly, we are producing 6 main types of walls and the resistance of reinforced stripes is from 27 up to 63 kN.

DELIVERY TO THE JOBSITE:
Prefabricates are delivered to the jobsite as panels with joints prepared for jointing of steel or geosynthetic stripes. Steel reinforcements are delivered in the form of stripes of a length according to statical calculation. Geosynthetic stripes are delivered in rolls.
